Interesting Facts

Frequently asked questions

Answers about technology, laws, and processes.

How fast is the response time?2026-03-27T13:45:09+01:00

As an agile company, you will usually receive initial feedback within 24 hours and a technical concept promptly.

Do you offer dry cleaning?2025-12-17T12:49:42+01:00

Yes, contaminated catalytic converters (e.g. due to ash or oil) can often be regenerated using our special washing processes, which significantly extends their service life.

Do you supply replacement catalytic converters for third-party housings?2025-12-17T12:49:31+01:00

Absolutely. We manufacture or source high-performance components that can be seamlessly integrated into enclosures from other manufacturers, often with better performance than the original.

Can you modernize existing systems (retrofit)?2025-12-17T12:49:17+01:00

Yes, that is one of our core competencies. We analyze your existing system and integrate state-of-the-art catalyst technology into existing housings to reduce investment costs.

What is the difference between SCR and oxidation catalytic converters?2026-03-27T13:38:01+01:00

An oxidation catalytic converter reduces carbon monoxide (CO) and formaldehyde through oxidation. An SCR catalytic converter (Selective Catalytic Reduction) minimizes nitrogen oxides (NOx) by adding a reducing agent (urea/AdBlue). We often combine both technologies.

What system sizes do you offer solutions for?2025-12-17T12:48:42+01:00

We scale flexibly. From compact CHP units (from approx. 100 kW) to large industrial plants or waste incineration in the megawatt range, we develop suitable concepts.

Do your systems comply with the 44th BImSchV?2025-12-17T12:48:15+01:00

Yes, our SCR systems and oxidation catalytic converters are specially designed to safely and permanently comply with the strict limits of the 44th BImSchV for nitrogen oxides (NOx), formaldehyde and carbon monoxide.
